From discussing and talking you through a particular situation, developing a material list, to coaching you through your whole project; we’ll be here for you.

Maybe you’re a Part-Time DIY’er familiar with tools, worked on a few smaller projects and now you’re wanting to take on bigger projects around the house, but you’re second guessing yourself…
Or, maybe you’re a Seasoned DIY’er who wears a tool belt with pride, but might need a little help with more complex situations.
Regardless of your skill level, coaching can save you lots of headaches and countless trips to the lumber store. Coaching will save you money by talking you through what you need to learn to do it yourself, instead of hiring someone else to do it for you.

Packages
Whether you’re a Newbie, a Part-Timer or a Seasoned DIY’er, we have a coaching package to suit your needs.
Package A
This is the quick and easy package, so you can get on with your project. It could be as simple as what materials might be best to use along with detailed coaching of a certain situation you’re trying to overcome. We’ll chat and brainstorm through a particular problem and follow up as needed to clarify anything along the way specific to that situation/problem.
Coaching up to 3 days
Package B
In addition to the coaching provided in Package – A: This is a multi-step package that deals with more than one situation, situations with multiple steps and those with a little more complexity or that require more skills. Plus extra chats and texts to discuss and coach you through each step along the way.
Coaching up to 3 weeks
Package C
In addition to the coaching provided in Plan – B: You’ll pretty much have us on speed dial to discuss and go over in as much detail as needed around every step along the way. We’ll be there virtually to help you think through your project and guide you through the steps you need to finish your renovation.
Coaching up to 8 weeks
Package D: Concrete Countertop Coaching
Have you ever wanted to build your own concrete countertop, concrete sink or some other concrete creation? We’ll coach you through the whole process, from planning/designing to templating, to building complex molds… then planning the structural reinforcement that will be needed inside your concrete piece, to mixing / pouring concrete, curing, un-molding, first grind to finish polish… to that final aha moment of install.

My small renovation turned into a bit of a nightmare. I needed help and called Reno DIY. I ended up needing to get a permit and hire a licensed electrician and plumber to do their part before I could close up the walls and carry on with what I first started out to do. My renovation ended up costing more than I anticipated because of the mold and structural issues I found behind the walls. But at least it was done right.
